8th March onwards, Saturn transits your House VI: Health, work, and routine tasks.

This cycle challenges your job, daily routines, self-care efforts, and health. These are areas of your life that undergoes contraction, restriction, and necessary "slimming down" in order to test for stable foundations. Results in these areas of your life will not be as forthcoming, or with ease, as they have been in the past.
Your work, daily functions, habits, employees, pets, and health are in strong focus during this transit. Depending on your age, responsibilities in your daily life can weigh heavily – they appear magnified. This is a grounding energy that gets you back in touch with reality - and you are likely to feel some pressure to perform.
Some of you might even experience some form of loss or scandal on the work front, or possibly some heavy-handed activity and power plays from co-workers. For those of you unhappy with your job or out of work, you are not likely to jump to grab just any position now. You are looking for something mature, long-term, and reflective of your values. Because you are more discriminating now, the pickings might seem to be slim. There can be confusion about where you are headed, ultimately, in your professional life.
You may be taking on more responsibilities on the job or in another service-oriented capacity. For some of you, your job may have become rather tedious or downright boring, or working conditions may be poor, demanding, or frustrating - at least, this is your perception of things - and now you're taking steps to make improvements. For others, worries about your job could figure strongly. For many, duty often comes before pleasure during this period, and a tendency to work more or harder is likely. As long as this doesn't reach workaholic levels, you'll be just fine.
You find yourself more accountable than ever when it comes to your work and output. Some of the questions that this cycle calls up include: How can you make the best use of your time? How can you manage your day-to-day life, and your body, better? You become more and more aware of all of the "fluff" that surrounds your daily routines and your work, and spring cleaning becomes necessary.
Events will occur that tests your foundations in these areas your life that require a "back to basics" approach in order to build (or rebuild) a strong foundation. There may be tests of sorts in these areas of life, as if the cosmos is checking if the foundations are strong. During this period, anything built on weak foundations may very well crack under the pressure of these tests, and fall apart - gone from your life for good. Those that are strong will endure and strengthen.
This can be true of daily routines, not just working conditions. Health matters might be a little more problematic than usual. This is an excellent period for starting new regimens to better your health and well-being, such as regular exercise, more structured and productive use of your time, and so forth. This is also an excellent time for simplifying and structuring your life in small but key ways.
While the work we do may sometimes feel too routine or boring, it can also give us a strong feeling of purpose. We want to be needed, we want to help and support others, and to do our share. If you've been overdoing a supportive role or if you've been scattering your energies and haven't truly noted just how much you do, then this cyle will stimulate you to tidy up. The end result, as this cycle reaches its climax, you will feel more joyful about the services you provide and the support you give, after taking a realistic look at these things and making the necessary adjustments. You will be considerably more productive, healthy, and focused.
As things start falling apart in the affected areas of your life, it is felt most strongly in the first year of this cycle that lasts approximately 2.5 years.
